Biography

Nick focuses his practice on real estate matters, business representation, and probate litigation. He handles a variety of real estate and business transactions and also has experience litigating and negotiating these types of cases as well. Many of Nick’s clients include real estate investors, landlords, lenders, and small businesses.

Nick also focuses on probate litigation, including will contests, trust disputes, and breaches of fiduciary duty. He has experience handling these issues at the probate court and at the appellate court level.

Nick graduated from Kent State University at the age of 19 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and three minors. He also graduated cum laude and in the top third of his class from the University of Akron School of Law at the age of 22 with a certificate in dispute resolution and litigation. He was probably the youngest lawyer in the State of Ohio at the time. During law school, Nick was a law clerk at Maguire Legal Group and received hands on experience in court handling divorce cases through the domestic relations clinic at the Portage County Domestic Relations Court.

Nick is a Rootstown, Ohio native and is active in the Portage County community. He is on the board of trustees for the Rootstown Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of the steering committee for Celebrate Portage, a non-profit organization in Portage County. He is an avid Cleveland sports fan and holds partial season tickets for the Cavs and RubberDucks.
