Attorney Schneider focuses his practice on family issues including the termination of marriage, allocation of parental rights and responsibilities after divorce, relocation of children and domestic violence. An experienced litigator, he also represents our clients in court on such issues as landlord/tenant disputes, contacts, real-estate subjects, and other civil issues. Ed joined the firm in 1995 and left in 1999 when he was selected to be a magistrate in Summit County Domestic Relations Court. He services the court for eight and one-half years and for his last two years he was the mediation magistrate. In that capacity, he conducted over 400 mediations regarding parenting issues. He returned to the firm in 2007. Ed’s experience with mediation also makes him an invaluable source for resolving issues without court intervention.
